The practice of environmental monitoring in food processing has evolved over the years, and its importance has been reinforced by food safety regulations as well as international food safety certification programs. In this webinar, experts Scott Hood of Antifragile Food Safety and Kimberly Bukowski of Cornell University will review environmental monitoring requirements and expectations of regulatory bodies and GFSI-recognised certification programs. They’ll share their experiences with inspections, third-party audits, and helping food manufacturing facilities meet these increasing expectations related to environmental monitoring programs. After the presentation, you’ll have time to have your questions answered by the experts.
