At TECHNOPATH, we use the phrase SOLUTIONS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP to describe how we provide customers with exceptional product and service solutions. As a specialised, value adding distributor, operational in the UK and Ireland, we bring expert level localised sales, marketing, customer support, after sales & technical services and supply chain resource to the partnership; but we need to couple that with innovative technologies and products to really deliver Solutions through Partnership.
Our role is to provide exceptional, localised service levels that ensure we are not just supplying a product but rather delivering solutions that enable our customers to achieve outstanding results. Having fit for purpose resources and the right ‘in house’ skill sets is key to providing customers with exceptional product and service solutions. As a Diploma PLC company we have the investment strength to ensure the required levels of resource and expertise are in place in order to deliver success.
We believe that combining great products with great service will deliver outstanding results for our customers and result in continued longer-term success for TECHNOPATH and our partners. TECHNOPATH is part of the Diploma Healthcare Group and is owned by Diploma PLC (DPLM), a FTSE 250 company. OUR TEAMS
Having fit for purpose resources and the right ‘in house’ skill sets is key to being able to provide customers with exceptional product and service solutions. The entire TECHNOPATH team is dedicated to delivering on our purpose to help customers achieve outstanding results. At our headquarters we have a great team of specialised people who support our highly knowledgeable and experienced field based sales, clinical engineering and nursing teams. Our head office based teams include dedicated supply chain management, quality management, customer support & sales order processing, after sales support, LOT sequester management, procurement and marketing personnel supported by an experienced senior leadership team.
OUR FACILITIES
Our specialised supply chain operation is based in the beautiful town of Ballina, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Our purpose built 7000 sq ft warehouse, with temperature controlled storage facilities, is organised to deliver product at ambient, 2°C to 8°C, 15°C to 25°C and <-20°C. Our operations are GTIN (GS1) compatible and certified to ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and GDP certified by the HPRA (IRE) to meet the exacting needs of the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Food, Dairy and Life Science customers that we serve.
