Clinical Pathology Laboratories have to re-validate each time they are shifted onto a new manufacturing LOT of Quality Control material, this can be a time consuming and costly exercise, creating significant management issues depending on the frequency at which their product provider switches them to a new LOT.
At TECHNOPATH, we introduced a LOT Sequester Management Program; whereby each of our customers is allocated a specific LOT for an agreed defined period. This best in class service is managed by a dedicated LOT Sequester Manager ensuring better use of resources and outcomes for our pathology laboratory customers. We also work with your Managed Service Provider to ensure optimum delivery of your products and continuity of supply. Customers can liaise with their dedicated Lot Sequester Manager, at any stage, to address questions in relation to their sequestered LOT.
